Synopsis - 2015's Inside Out is told through the anthropomorphized emotions of an adolescent girl named Riley. The plot of Inside Out bucks the usual Pixar formula and presents a film without a villain. Joy is both the protagonist and her own enemy as she goes on a journey to understand that suppressing "bad" emotions is unhealthy. Inside Out was universally praised with a 98% on Rotten Tomatoes. and it earned a Best Original Screenplay nomination and Best Animated Film win at the 88th Academy Awards. Pixar's beloved animated film, "Inside Out," is set to return with a sequel, "Inside Out 2," exploring the tumultuous world of a teenage Riley and her ever-evolving emotions.
